Two years ago, I had this very itchy scalp problem. Every
time I scuff my scalp, I could see tiny hail-like scales falling down from my
head. That was so humiliating and embarrassing; I had to carry with me a baby
oil and cotton just to moisten the visible flakes on my scalp from time to
time. The worst part there was at that time I was trying to catch my crush’s
attention and I couldn’t freely do anything afraid that he might notice white
speckles on my hair or shoulders and dash his way from me. I experienced then
extensive hair loss; my hair became dull and dry, and unmanageable.
Before my
dandruff problem, I had the hair that was envied by many. I had a very
straight, shiny black hair. During those times, hair straightening and rebonding
was the trend. They covet my hair since I don’t need to spend a dime and time
to make my hair look good. That was why I felt so depressed when I had
dandruff, for the first time in my life to have a problem about my hair.
After a few
months of turmoil, I decided to seek for a professional help from the
dermatologist of my cousin’s wife. She prescribed me the SebaMed Anti-Dandruff
Shampoo to be used twice a day and massage it on scalp for 5 minutes before rinsing.
SebaMed shampoo has a silky appearance and mild scent. It solved my strenuous
issue on my scalp. Now my hair is back to its normal condition.
You could
try to use the SebaMed Shampoo if you have the same problem with me before but
you could ask derma clinics close to your place for the availability of it.
It’s not harmful since it is so mild and it isn’t that expensive. It could only
cost you P560.00 for the big bottle which could last for 3 months (not bad,
right?) and P290.00 for the small bottle which last for more than a month.
I only said
you could TRY but I would still suggest visiting your dermatologist would be
the best for professional advice that would really suit you especially if you
have a delicate skin.
